NLS_LANG Error

The first step is to test

C: \ Users \ XJY. xjy-PC> set NLS_LANG = SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK

After SET NLS_LANG is found



Then check the registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ORACLE \ key_1_lient11g_home1]
Note that WIN7 is in the key_client11g_home1 directory.
Set "NLS_LANG" = "SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK"

The plsql developer test is not available.

Then set in the Environment Variable
