1. Unzip the J:\ software \ (computer) Computer class software \oracle\plsqldeveloper\instantclient_11_2
To product under the Oracle installation directory
C:\app\Administrator\product
2, put the C:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1 directory
The network folder is copied to the extracted directory C:\app\Administrator\product\instantclient_11_2
3, set the Oracle home directory for the first selection in Oracle Dev Tools: C:\app\Administrator\product\instantclient_11_2

OCI Directory: C:\app\Administrator\product\instantclient_11_2\oci.dll
