1. Press the keyboard "WIN" + "X" key combination to open the Advanced management tool, select "Control Panel".
2. Select Network and Internet in Control Panel.
3. Then click on the right side of the "Network and Sharing Center."
4. Select "Change advanced sharing Settings" on the left.
5. Find "All Networks", click on the "Arrow" icon on the right to open the Drop-down menu.
6. Find "Public folder sharing" on all networks, as shown in the following figure:
7. Select "Enable sharing so that users with access to the network can read and write files in public folders", and then click "Save Changes" below.
Step 2. Add the files you want to share to the public document
1. In desktop mode, press the keyboard "WIN" + "X" key combination to open the Advanced Administration tool and select File Explorer.
2. Click the "Library" on the left.
3. In the library, click the type of file you want to share (take "document" for example).
4. In the document, click the "Common documents" folder to copy the files you want to share to the Public Documents folder ("New Folder" here) Example of a document that needs to be shared.
