Imagine how much time you used PS to use the ALT + BACKSPACE fill layer instead of through the menu. Sketch has many of the same very good shortcuts, but it's not mentioned in the documentation.
If you're used to using PS and now turn to PS, you'll want sketch to follow many of the handy shortcuts in PS, such as SHIFT + arrow, offset 10 pixels, ⌘+ T, Text tool, and so on.
Sketch is simpler, you don't need to learn so many shortcuts. However, learning some of the useful shortcuts that are commonly used can actually improve your productivity. For example, it is much more useful to know that using ALT to measure an object than to use the ⌘+ Shift + H Toggle coating display.
I've listed the eight most time-saving shortcuts for everyone to learn.
1. Quickly rename layers
Select the layer, press ⌘+ R, and then type the layer name, and then enter to save the OK.
If you are like me, design, never consider the layer name. Instead, when the manuscript is finished, in order for others to understand, the layers are named as human-readable names, then, using this shortcut, you can easily change the name of dozens of layers without using the mouse.
Tip: After the current layer is renamed, press the TAB key to go to the next level (or press SHIFT + TAB to return to the previous layer), and then click ⌘+ r to begin renaming.
2. Export All Artboards
Press ⌘+ Shift + E, and then select on the toolbar.
You can export a layer that contains multiple artboards (multiple files) and all buttons.
Tip: You can add the name of the artboard folder prefix, such as "/home", so that your artboard everywhere, automatically to the/home directory, sketch will be like PS, remember your current export options, so you can keep the same option next time, export a neat and orderly palette.
3. Quickly measure the distance between two objects
Select the object you want to measure. Hold down the ⌥, then move the mouse to the target object and fix it.
This small shortcut key allows you to easily measure distance between two or more objects. It has to be stressed that this is very useful. Especially when you are in the Chettu, it is very convenient.
Tip: Select the object, hold down ⌥, and do not move the mouse, displaying the current object's position relative to the entire canvas and the current object's wide-higher information. If you just press the ⌥, try pressing the ⌥⌘ at the same time.
4. Quickly copy a color
Press CTRL + C.
This is very fast when you want to copy a color from another part of your canvas. You don't even need to fill in the sidebar. Just press CTRL + C,sketch to enlarge the part of your selected object so that you can easily choose a color without requiring you to enlarge the screen manually.
5. Enlarge the layer to fit the screen size
Pressing the ⌘+ 2 shortcut will zoom the current canvas to fit the current screen (and double-clicking the hand key in PS is an effect). Another way to do this is to hold down the z key and then select the area you want to enlarge, and put that area on the fit screen.
6. Zoom to actual Size/100%
⌘+ 0 This corresponds to the previous shortcut, adjusts it, and then quickly changes back to 100%.
Tip: ⌘+ 1 Scales the artboard to provide a preview of the diagram. So you can see all the elements.
7. Select multiple Layers
Click the left mouse button, and then drag the mouse, just as you select multiple files in the folder.
This is especially useful when the layers of your selected layer are locked and you need to select multiple layers, or you'll have to choose one at a time.
Tip: If you don't select elements, they may be grouped. Press the ⌘, then drag on the OK
8. Create layer Groups
⌘+ G, this is just a shortcut. You can also choose not to use it because the shortcut is relatively simple.
If you think the color selection is not convenient and intuitive, you can change the color mode from RGB to HSB to choose. This allows for more intuitive adjustment of saturation and brightness. It is especially useful when you create a monochrome color scheme and the hue that you want to create another color is original but dark or light.
⌘+ Shift + H >>> Hide or remove hidden layers
