The smoothness option above the gradient bar controls the transition range of the color, which is set to 100% for the most beautiful and rich transition colors.

In the gradient type we can choose to be noise, the principle of this gradient is similar to the color jitter we have touched in the brush definition, which is to randomly pick the color within the specified color range.
