First, upload the picture to the micro-trust material management-picture material

Into the material Management-> Picture library, click on the right side of the upload button, upload local pictures to the micro-trust material library.

Second, into the micro-trust material library, click the picture you want to get, right click "Copy Picture Address", so you can see "picture address" to copy the picture address.

Third, click into the 96 micro-letter editor, by pasting the image address way to upload pictures, the picture's address to the "address" after the text box, and then click the "Confirm" button to insert the picture into the editor.
