responsibilities:
1. provides routine inspection, repair, replacement, and Warranty for all network equipment in the data center, and establishes specifications and documents for routine inspection and maintenance of network systems.
2. maintain and ensure the normal running environment of the IDC, promptly detect exceptions and guide handling;
3. participate in the implementation of new product launch projects, and be responsible for server network connectivity, testing, and troubleshooting of network faults.
4. follows the established operation procedures and works with other departments to manage IDC hardware assets.
5. guides continuous improvement of routine operations and optimizes the management of IDC networks, and puts forward reasonable planning suggestions.
6. tracks the development of network interconnection technology and makes rational use of new technologies to develop and optimize IDC network interconnection specifications.
7. interconnect Network devices according to specifications and test to meet product requirements.
8. formulates or adjusts ACL rules according to product requirements, applies to corresponding ports, and cooperates with security personnel for testing.
9. provides guidance on Establishing network topology and IP address planning Distribution, cabling system and other documents;
10. establishes AAA systems for all network devices, manages the permissions, and regularly audits them.
11. monitors and analyzes the traffic information of all IDC key outlets.
12. collect and analyze critical syslog information of network devices.
13. set up and maintain VPN tunnel to connect local IDCs.
14. write work and technical documents as required;
15. regular internal technical training and communication with team members;
16. assignment and staffing of Network-related tasks
17. guidance and internal training for the network interconnection technical team;
18. incentive and collaboration of team members;
19. execute the work assigned by the direct supervisor and implement the policies of the company's management.
requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above;
2. 3 years network management experience;
3. good communication skills and team spirit; good service awareness;
4. excellent self-learning and self-management skills. Willing to work under high stress and high strength.
5. highly responsible, outstanding emergency response and problem solving skills;
6. excellent English Document Reading and communication skills, fluent English listening and speaking skills;
7. good team management skills;
8. has ccnp or CCIE Certification;
9. experience in O & M for large IDCs is preferred.
