When testing this script, ran for one hours, an error occurred, the script was interrupted, the error is as follows:

Because MySQL has a default connect_timeout time, the connection is automatically closed once it is exceeded.

Here are two ways to try:

Make connect_timeout time when creating the connection, set a bit longer.

each time the database is operational, a connection is established and is closed after the operation is completed. In the code, close the cursor in time and close the connection.
