A brief introduction to the CopyFile method in ASP

Definition and usage

The CopyFile method copies one or more files from one location to another.

Grammar:

Filesystemobject.copyfile Source,destination[,overwrite]

Parameter description

Source is required. The file to be copied (wildcard characters are used).

Destination is required. Copy the destination of the file (wildcard characters cannot be used).

Overwrite is optional. Specifies whether the existing file can be overwritten. True to allow overwriting of existing files, False to prevent existing files from being overwritten. The default is True.
