A collection of flexible techniques for mutual conversion of common software formats

Referring to the conversion of file format, many friends will think of such as VCD to the MPG, BMP to JPG, CD-MP3 and so on format conversion, these are mostly in the same file format between the small-scale conversion, is described as "small". How to use: MP3 to exe is very simple to use, no need to install the software directly, in the "MP3 song" column to locate the MP3 file to convert, click the "Start Conversion" button, as shown in Figure 2. When we double-click to play the generated EXE file, the system opens a command prompt window, enter "1" return can loop the MP3, enter "2" return to exit playback.

, you can set the filename, title, artist, album, etc. of the MP3 in the "Song Related Information" tab, and set the background color, default volume, etc. of the generated EXE file in "EXE style". Implementation tool: Microsoft Office Document Imaging in Office 2003

Application scenario: At present, many foreign software support information are published in PDF format, if you do not have Adobe Reader, can not view its content, if there is no relevant editing software and can not edit the PDF file. We are most familiar with Microsoft Doc document editing, so switch to DOC format. Although some software can also complete the PDF conversion to Doc work, but many do not support Chinese, we use the Microsoft Office Document Imaging component in Office 2003 to achieve this requirement is most convenient.

How to use:

Step one: First use Adobe Reader to open the PDF file you want to convert, then select the file → print menu, and in the Print Settings window that opens, set the name in the printer column to Microsoft Office Document Image Writer , and then export the PDF file as a virtual print file in MDI format.

Tip: If you do not find the "Microsoft office Document Image Writer" item in the Drop-down list of the "name" setting, it proves that you did not install the component when you installed Office 2003, use the " Add/Remove Components update installs the component, as shown in Figure 4.

Step Two: Run the Microsoft Office document Imaging and use it to open the MDI file you just saved, select the "tools → send text to Word" menu, and check the pop-up window to "keep picture layout unchanged on output" and confirm the system prompt. You must rerun OCR before performing this operation. This may take some time ", whatever it is, confirm it.

Tip: At present, all software including this tool to the PDF to Doc recognition rate is not particularly perfect, and the conversion will lose the original layout format, so everyone in the conversion also need to hand in later typesetting and proofreading work.
