Excel is used in many ways in our actual work, large to the report of the enterprise, small to personal financial management can be easily used in Excel for us to complete, of course, there are many other professional software, here I will not say more, just to give an example.
Officially into the topic, I would like to say today is the main Excel about printing some of the settings, from some of my understanding of the situation, in the use of the software is not a problem people tend to print more or less there will be some mistakes, so in detail for you to explain a few major settings, I've seen a lot of things that I've overlooked in Excel when it comes to printing settings, and I'd like to help my fellow citizens who are unclear about their settings.
I'll give you a table of students ' results (figure I) to illustrate some of these issues.
Figure I
First, print regional settings
Of course, to print, we first have to actually print the range, in Excel, we can actually select the range that we want to print, as shown in (Figure II), from the Student Score tab line to the blue end below, which is the selected section (the cells that were initially selected in Excel are white, like unselected , which is actually selected), the white section below is not selected.
Figure II
If we just set the above section for the area that needs to be printed (such as the top 10 list, and we just need the top 10 list, at this point, this set the print area of the practice is effective, we only need to select the menu item "File" menu, then select the following "Print area", and then select "Set Print Area" That's it, and then we'll find out that the part we just chose has a dotted box, and that's what we're setting up. (Figure three, red lines), because the other side of the top and left side, so the dotted line is not visible. But then there is a problem, that is, there are two dashed lines on the right, it should be said that the normal situation will only appear a dashed line, which is what I would like to say the next point.
