I don't know when I like coffee. Busy working, but busy, I always like to have a cup of coffee with some colleagues in the office and leisure area.

As a project manager, you can't, and can't do anything. Although assigning a task is a must for a job, it cannot avoid the suspicion of "supporting" others. When the work is down, the Project Manager often directly convenes persons, discusses in meetings, and assigns tasks. Seemingly simple and informal communication often plays the role of team adhesive and booster in actual work. The solution to the problem is as simple as just a few coffee cups, just a cup of coffee time.
