A survey of user needs

Recently made a small project (simple computing device), need to understand the needs of users. In view of the absence of finished products, a survey was conducted to collect information on the needs or suggestions of the user for our products and to refine our design. The basic issues involved are 1, the use of the product (frequency), 2, how to feel about the existing similar products, 3, the use of preferences, that is, like the Web version or the app version, 4, common functions, 5, interface requirements. To this end, our team first by the team leader (i) design the basic problem by the group member Pan added a questionnaire survey, then by King Qingyue days print and organize personnel to participate in the investigation, the entire investigation process by Wang Xin shooting, video by Li Ling clip upload. Finally through the cooperation of the completion of the survey, the following conclusion: 1, in the interface tone white, gray and other light tones are more popular; 2, suggestions, (1) Some people propose that you can customize the main tone of the interface, (2) function as complete as possible, including some advanced operations ; (3) operation can be carried out, rather than one-way operation, (4) in the overall design of the interface has been directly suggested that we should ask professionals such as art staff, (5) Many users are still more concerned about us, I hope we are more than the previous operator I can be innovative.
