Final effect:
Material:
1. Create a 1280*1024 white-bottomed canvas.
2. In the middle of the canvas with the marquee tool to create a rectangular selection, into the Quick mask mode (Q).
3. Open the Grid dialog box (filter-pixel-lattice), cell size is 3 (as shown in image size, based on the visual effect can be determined). This is where we see the white edges appear jagged effect
4. Exit Quick Mask (Q) then we get a new irregular jagged edge of the selection, a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+N), and then fill the selection with white. And then cancel the selection (ctrl+d)

6. Then open the Texture dialog box (filter-texture-texture), Material: canvas, Zoom: 50%, highlight: 3, Light: On
7. Open the Layer's Blending Options dialog box (Layer-layer style-blending options, or directly double-click the thumbnail of the layer in the Layers panel)
Activate the projection option, use the default value directly, and press OK to exit.
