A glimpse of Photoshop-making weird masks

1. Find a positive character picture (Figure 1).

2. Use the Pen tool to sketch the path of the face contour according to the contour of the character's face (Figure 2).

3. Press CTRL + C to reproduce the face image. Create a new file, set the image size to 500x600dpi, set the resolution to 300, and press CTRL + V to paste the copied face image. Execute menu-image-Adjust-go color. Copy the pasted layer 1 to a layer 1 copy, and perform the menu-image-Adjust-curve, set as (Figure 3).

4. Execute menu-Filter-noise-median, set the radius to 10 pixels, and press ctrl+f to repeat the effect 3 times (Figure 4) when finished.

5. Copy layer 1 Copy to layer 1 copy 2, place the top level of the layers Board, and perform menu-image-Adjust-curve, set as (Figure 5). and set the blending mode of this layer to darker color, as finished (Figure 6).

6. Use the Rectangular Marquee tool box to select the side of the left side of the face, delete the selection and copy the remaining right half of the face, perform the menu-edit-transform-horizontal flip, hold down SHIFT and move the flipped half of the face horizontally to the left, and the right side of the face together, using the arrow keys to do a single pixel move, Make it completely seamless, combine the layers of the two halves of the face when finished, and still set the blending mode of the layer to color depth (Figure 7).

7. The left half of the face in the Layer 1 copy is also deleted as the same as in step 6th, then the right half of the face is duplicated horizontally, and then the two halves of the face are stitched together seamlessly, and the two layers are merged to remove Layer 1 (Figure 8).

8. Using the Pen tool, sketch the path along the black edge boundary at the inside of the face (Figure 9), and convert the path to a selection, feather a pixel, and then execute the menu-select-Reverse and delete the selected portion of the two layers (Figure 10).

9. Select the Dodge tool, set the burst luminosity to 20%, and adjust the brush size appropriately to treat the bottom tip of the face with a dodge on the nose (Figure 11).

10. Adjust the image of the lower face to a curve, set as (Figure 12). The effect is as shown after completion (Figure 13).

11. Create a new layer at the top level of the layers panel. Hold down CTRL and click any layer of the two facial image layers below to float the selection, set the foreground color to R 205, g:205, b:185 fill the selection, and change the blending mode of the layer to overlay (Figure 14).

12. Do not cancel this selection and copy the layer to the top level of the Layers Panel, perform menu-filter-render-cloud, Finish and then execute menu-Filter-Sketch-branding and change the blending mode of this layer to soft light (Figure 15).

13. Create a new layer at the top of the layers panel, sketch an icon with the pen tool, so that you can better decorate the mask and shape as you like (Figure 16).

14. Convert the path to a selection, fill the black, and set the layer's blending mode to overlay, and then change the layer's opacity to 30%. Double-click the layer to hook the inner shadow effect in the Layer style panel, set the size to 4, then copy the graphic one, and then perform the menu-edit-transform-horizontal flip, move the graphic to the other half of the face, make the two image symmetrical, and use the elliptical marquee tool to pull some small circles out and fill them with black, Drag and drop to various parts of the face for embellishment (Figure 17).
