Google bookmarks has long been there: https://www.google.com/bookmarks

However, this website does not have the sharing function.

 

Must use this URL: https://www.google.com/bookmarks/l!

Access a custom lists and provide a good tool:

 

That is to say, drag "add to list" to the favorites folder (equivalent to adding a favorite URL ).

When you see a webpage that you want to add to list, click "add to list" in the favorites folder to go to Google bookmarks.
