In an Excel worksheet, a cell has a large number of full-width and half-width spaces, and if you use manual removal it is too tiring, in fact, we use the substitute function can help us to remove all the full half of the space.
Instances: Removing full-width or half-width spaces from a table
The worksheet is shown in the following illustration:
In column A, the names of middle school students entered a large number of full-width and half-width spaces, we will operate in the G column. Then enter the formula in the G2 cell: =substitute (Substitute (A2, "", ""), "", ""), and then copy the formula throughout the G column. Select the G-column data → for replication, and then select all the data in column A--selective paste → value and number format.
With the substitute function, we remove all the corners or half-width spaces of the entire worksheet at once.
