Requirements Analysis:

Times in progress, people's lives have undergone tremendous changes, mobile phones as a new era of the product of life has a pivotal influence, how to choose a suitable mobile phone for parents, in the present, for us is particularly important. First of all parents need what, parents may just a little more care and companionship of children, do not need too many complex ideas, so we design products to people-oriented as the starting point, with the parents of the use of comfort as the ultimate idea.

Specific design:

First of all, our group has been adhering to the people-oriented, user experience and design pragmatic as the core idea of the group, so we feel that parents of mobile phones most need is not a complex function, strange shape and unrestrained high-tech. Our design focus is the parents of the application of comfort, from this point of view, we think that the other aspects of mobile phones do not need to have more breakthroughs and design, need practical and easy to use features,,. So we give up the cost of functional design and hardware design, choose to focus on mobile phone interface design, make the interface simple and generous at a glance. Appearance specifically is the design of ordinary mobile phones, we look specifically divided into two directions, fashion and the elderly type, because we consider that there are many parents they are very difficult to learn now the full function of mobile phones, more feel is trouble and not adapt. Fashion is usually the model of the general smartphone, roughly the same. Elderly type is more to take care of some parents, the appearance of simple, we chose the traditional design of the keys, do not belong to the touch screen. The front also talked about our design mainly focus on interface design, because now the mobile phone interface is relatively complex, the main screen software is more cumbersome, parents are difficult to discriminate, but also most of the use is not. So we improved this disadvantage, the main screen interface is divided into five cells, respectively, add five parents commonly used: dialing, contacts, information, special attention and menu. Special attention can be added to some parents often do more concerned about things, the menu is navigation, weather, health and so on the mobile phone features. Such a design for the convenience of parents, it will not be as usual, so that parents dazzled, no choice, such a design to make their choice more clear, use will not have a gap, easy to get started.

Summary:

We consider that since it is given to parents, we should consider the comfort, rather than to win ahead of the function, parents may just need children's care and company, so concise use of the method can let parents and we have a little more communication, we do not want the feelings between people by a new era of hard iron to kill off, sad!
