A new experience in the desktop environment of Budgie
The Budgie desktop environment is the default desktop environment of the Evolve OS release, and is a project of the Evolve OS. The design of the Budgie Desktop Environment focuses on trendy people. The design is more compact, elegant, and simple. One of the most valuable aspects of Budgie is that he is not doing his best. From the very beginning of the design, he began to brainstorm and used GTK and other such as Vala and C, designed a unique and outstanding desktop environment!
Budgie and GNOME stack are tightly integrated. through the improvement of the underlying technology, an excellent and replaceable desktop environment is developed. It is also born from open source, so it can be used perfectly on other releases. Budgie can also set panel options to make it look like your favorite GNOME 2 style. Currently, Budgie is under continuous development and the code is hosted on GitHub. You can also contribute to the development of Budgie by writing code and reporting bugs.
Budgie can now be installed and used on releases including Ubuntu, Arch, Fedora, and openSUSE. A few days ago, I tried to install Budgie on Ubuntu. However, it conflicts with some system components, but now it has been solved and the operation has been improved.
Now you can install Budgie desktop to Arch, Fedora & openSUSE. If you want to install it on Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty/14.10 Utopic/Linux Mint 17, copy the following command to the terminal and execute:
