I am a graduate student majoring in nuclear technology and application at Chengdu University of Technology.

I was interviewed by an Environment Radiation Monitoring Station. The company openly recruited two core professionals on the websites of major universities. The applicant has informed many graduate and undergraduate students from other schools to come to the interview. You can see at the interview that only one person is actually recruited. In this case, why is it a waste of time and energy for the applicant not explicitly stated in the recruitment information?

Among the applicants, there are 7 Optical core students. Everyone has clearly written his or her major in his or her resume. I wonder if the employer has carefully read his or her resume. When the students arrived, they were told that "your major is too deep and we don't understand it ." This irresponsible behavior makes graduate students in colleges and universities feel sad. The interview cost is a small amount for employers, but it is not a small cost for our poor students. If we don't want to, why can't we be defeated?

The notice said that the interview started at 08:30, but at 09:30, there were only three people in the office. At, the staff of the company basically arrived, and the interview started. A large number of interviewers have to wait patiently. I really don't know where the time concept of the employer goes.

During the interview, I was notified: "We only recruited you to cope with the above situation. We had to set up a nuclear emergency team, and there was nothing to do with nuclear emergency and inspection. Therefore, we will recruit you to perform routine computer maintenance ." We have learned nuclear technology for many years, but we are told that we are in computer management. We are very disappointed. The examination method is even more sad. A non-Professional Undergraduate can interview some graduate students with a nuclear subject. The interview can only be a chat. Because of the working method and principle of the Nuclear Instrument, the interviewer does not understand it at all.

If you really want to find a computer talent, the interviewer should be familiar with computer expertise at least. The computer examination officer of the organization is not a computer professional. Therefore, the examination does not test programming and maintenance, only take the excel in the office software, because the examination officer said he only understands this. Proficient in Excel, usually only for clerks, but they need professional computer staff.

At the end of the interview, the company said that the recruitment results will be notified on the afternoon or the next day. However, in the past two weeks, I and most of the interviewees have not been notified. I know that we have not been hired, but the employer should also inform us that this is a minimum respect for job seekers.
