My colleague, Penk, has shown a multi-platform routine in the recent hackathon in Beijing. Many developers are very interested in this. Today I will introduce this resource to you. This is the same application that was written in Qt, which can be simultaneously run on Ubuntu destkop, android, iOS on Ubuntu phone.
Everyone can at address: http://www.terrariumapp.com/. All the source code of the project can also be at address: Https://github.com/penk/terrarium-app. There are instructions in GitHub detailing how to compile and deploy to different platforms.
Today, I also had the privilege of running QT on my Android phone on my Ubuntu desktop. I ported an application samegame from the QT SDK. It's source code in:
git clone https://gitcafe.com/ubuntu/samegame.git
Run on Ubuntu Desktop:
Run on the Samsung Note3:
Run on the Android emulator:
Run on MX4:
We can see that. The same QT/QML application can be run on different platforms without any modifications on different devices! QT/QML is the charm of the people. Due to hardware resource limitations, we cannot try to run on iOS. Developers can try it on their own!
