• Sprint Cycle
  • Kanban: A new Kanban
  • Burndown Chart: A progress map from the beginning
  • Daily stand-up meetings: communication, update Kanban
• Sprint Demo
• Sprint Review

Team Blog Requirements: An article every day, showing the progress of the project, concise to the results of the standing meeting, Kanban, Burndown chart and other updates up.

This sprint score is based on: daily blog updates, Sprint demos, GitHub code runs.

2. Carry out the Lifeboat exercise:

Are you the first one to be thrown into the sea?

Are you someone else who chooses to deliver?

3. Opportunities for Team change:

If you find it difficult to co-operate, you can remove a member or leave the original team and join the new team. Inform me and let the Learning Committee update to the team list.
