Symptom: In a company intranet, a computer can ping a server, but it cannot use a shared printer connected to a server.
Failure analysis and elimination: According to the fault analysis, because the client can ping the server, indicating that the network connection is normal, the failure may be caused by the permissions of the client. First, click the Start-Control Panel-management tools-Computer Management command in the server. Then, in the open window, gradually open the system tools-Local Users and Groups folder, select the user option under the corresponding folder, and open the User Account List window. The "Guest" account in the discovery server is prohibited. Then double-click the Guest User option, and then in the "Account Settings" dialog box that pops up, cancel the "account already deactivated" option, and then click OK.
