I believe many of you have upgraded Chrome 35. Chrome35 uses its own Aura instead of GTK +. It also adds some annoying things, such as some windows with black borders, the Chrome icon will be displayed in the status bar, which looks very uncoordinated with the system Icon. The black edge may be caused by Aura's belief that it will be resolved in the future, but the status bar icon, if you do not want to display it, you can still remove it at the cost of disabling its background running.
Remove the status bar icon in Google Chrome:
The method is very simple, that is, to disable its background running. You can click the Chrome icon in the status bar to enable Google Chrome to run in the background. Do not check this option.
Another method is to choose Settings> Advanced Options> System> Disable Google Chrome to continue running background applications. Do not select this option.
