A special installation adventure of SQL Server

Recently, I encountered a strange installation experience of SQL Server. I wrote it here, and learned and discussed it with my friends.
My system is the WIN2000 standard server version. When I first installed the system, I was able to correctly install and run SQL Server2000. Since the ACCESS file database table in the Office that was recently installed in the system cannot be opened, the WIN2000 operating system has to be re-installed if the Office system is invalid after multiple times, the operating system is successfully installed.
I. Experiences:
I installed Office2000 and Borland Delphi7, and now I can run and manage Office files normally, and Delphi can run normally. Then I started to reinstall SQL server, but when I entered the "local computer", the system displayed a warning box, it shows that a previously installed program has created a pending file operation on the installation computer. You must restart the computer before running the installer! ". I cannot restart multiple times.
II. Process:
I recall that I did not uninstall SQL server normally before I reinstall the operating system. Because the operating system is re-installed, you have to manually delete all the folders for installing SQL Server, run the registry, and delete all related items of SQL Server in the registry. After you restart and install SQLServer, the preceding warning still appears. I repeatedly searched for SQL Server related items in the registry and cleared them using the Windows optimization master. I restarted them multiple times. The fault still exists.
Some programs may conflict with the SQL Server installation program. When I restart the system, press F8, select "safe mode" to enter the system, and run the SQL Server installation program. When the warning box information that appears earlier is gone, NEXT, copy and install the file, but when you configure the data server, you will find that it takes a long time to run, and it is about to get off work. I want to get off work anyway, simply let it continue to "configure", and let the machine run. I decided to see the result when I went to work the next day.
When I went to work the next day, I went straight to my computer and found that my computer was still "configuring servers". I had not been able to configure the computer for more than ten hours. It seems that the security mode was not good either, you have to restart the computer in normal mode.
Go to Control Panel-> add/delete programs. Now, I can see the projects that have been installed: Borland Delphi7, Office2000, Kingsoft bully 2002 Professional Edition, if I want to conflict these installed programs with those installed on SQL Server, I will delete them one by one and reinstall SQL Server every time I delete them, to find out which program is in conflict. The installation is still unsuccessful. Do you really want to FORMAT the hard disk? I didn't have the WIN2000 boot CD at the time, because all the computers in the Lan of the organization were in the Wenxiang series of founder computers, and the computer configurations were the same, I installed a hard disk with WIN2000 Server and SQL Server2000 as the main disk to my computer. The hard disk of my computer was used as the slave disk, both the master and slave disks are divided into four areas: C, D, E, and F. Use the boot system of the master disk to go to "My Computer". The distribution sequence of drive letters is C, D, E, F, G, H, and I. Then I formatted the G zone. Then I removed the master disk, installed only the slave disk, and restarted it. I saw the WIN2000 Server startup interface, entered the password, and entered the system. I try again to start the SQL Server installation program. It's strange to say that when you enter "local computer", press "NEXT ", the previous warning message is gone, and the system enters the familiar installation interface. I am going to NEXT. This is really good. I will go to the end and configure the server, soon, SQL Server is successfully installed. I can't believe my eyes. I went to the SQL Server Enterprise Manager to view databases and tables, and operated on tables. Everything was normal. I am delighted to see the SQL Server Service Manager icon in the tray.
