Anyone familiar with agility knows how to review meetings. It is a team introspection activity at the end of each iteration or project.

Through it, we can know what the team has done well in the past period of time, and what other aspects are insufficient. In the future, our team has some suggestions for improvement.

 

In this way, we summarize the team's gains and losses in a timely manner, obtain improvement suggestions, and formulate corresponding measures to maintain the good part of the team, and correct existing defects according to suggestions, try new practices.

Review meetings often show up in our work, but is it used in our life?

Recently, I went through such a review meeting.

 

Background:

My girlfriend and I have been in love for eight years. Our love has always been a dull one. There is no vigorous love, and there is no big noise.

However, we love each other deeply, and our classmates and friends call them lovers models.

This situation has changed recently. We started to quarrel with each other and our mood became irritable. the main contradiction is that my personal laziness exists,

This is no longer a new problem. In the past, the strategy was "connection and deception". After this hurdle, the problem still persists. But I don't think this is the case.

Review Meeting:

Result:

But the result is good, and my girlfriend is very happy.
