For example, in the monitoring system of a server alarm, I can through the monitoring system inside the IP address quickly linked to the CMDB, through the CMDB configuration item relationship query to the current server who is in use, which department, to send him information, prompting the server abnormal, timely control business impact. At the same time to synchronize the state to the OA system, if you want to operate on this server, you can prompt the current server exception, let the user of OA do not operate this server in OA system .... With the CMDB, the configuration item can be globally controlled.
