Think of a lot of good games, websites, from the beginning to prepare to finally put into operation, is a huge project, if not a very complete system support, I am afraid it will not be so smooth. This time the importance of the team came, a project of success is inseparable from a clear division of labor, organized and disciplined team. At the beginning of the project, under the leadership of the group, each team should find their own positioning, play their own strengths, find the right position to complete their respective tasks, of course, communication is essential, can be urged to each other, put forward comments, so there are problems at any time to solve, the efficiency will be higher.

I think software engineering teaches us not only a method, but also a way of thinking, it is a highly practical subject. In this final assignment, our team did the Gengdan College Information Management System project. Throughout the entire project, we have been methodically completed. We have a very good team leader, but also a key to the cohesion of the group. In this team work, we run very smoothly, quickly find the feeling of common work, mutual care and supervision, so that the whole project is going very smoothly.
