9. Reload the JDK. If you cannot delete the old version of the JDK, prompting Windows Installer to fail, you can download windows install clean up to force cleanup.

Note: Method 6 resolves most issues, but Eclipse's memory footprint can be significantly increased. (This method succeeds, but will cause eclipse to change a lot more than the original card)
