The steps to make a table in Word2003 and enter the table contents are as follows: Step 1th, follow the table § Insert § menu command (or click the Insert Table button on the Standard toolbar) to open the Insert Table dialog box. In the table size area, adjust the spinner to set the number of columns to 7 and the number of rows to 10. Finally click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2-2-8.

In fact, clicking the AutoFormat button in the Insert Table dialog box allows you to quickly create the form you want by selecting the appropriate table style from the list of styles that Word brings. Click the cell in the upper-left corner and enter the first "guest name" inside. Then, in the cell to the right, enter guest unit, reception department, receptionist, cause, visit time, and departure time, as shown in Figure 2-2-9.
