2. delete Magic Quotes

3. added an input filter extension to replace Magic Quotes, providing a mechanism for developers to easily turn off or enable this feature on their own. Instead of checking whether the server's GPC is enabled as we do now.

4. by default, the opcode cache is added to optimize the code execution speed. Currently, PECL or APC is widely used, but an official solution is obviously better.

5. delete safety mode safe_mode and improve open_basedir

6. delete the content marked as obsolete deprecated in PHP3/4.

The other two are considered, but they are of little significance:

7. the identifier (variable name, function name, and label used in the program) is case sensitive.

8. delete aliases of various functions
