A workaround for Ubuntu 12-04 in VMware virtual machines that cannot connect to a network

Recently began to make their own Ubuntu, in the virtual machine on the internet problems have arisen some difficulties, after some efforts finally solved, it is so easy. So write this note to help yourself against forgetting. (as if this is the second article of their own writing, perhaps because of their technology is too water, even a reading is not), good or gossip less, began to get to the point.

The first step: Change your Virtual connection mode to NAT mode to connect

Specific steps: Select VMs in the VMware menu bar------>setting ...--------->network adapet; set to Nat. As shown in the figure

Step two: Go to Ubuntu, select System setting, double click on the Network option, click Wired, select option. As shown in figure:

Then connection name in a name, such as mine is Honglei, and then click IPv4 Settings, the method column select Automatic (DHCP), with the mouse click on the way to set.

One final step:
