About array merging, please help the experts to solve the idea

For array merging, please help the master
I have two arrays such as:
arr1 = Array (
"Name" = Wang Xiao,
"Qty" = 2
)

ARR2 = Array (
"Qty" = 4,
"Memo" = = description
)

The above two arrays are merged to achieve the following result:
ARR3 = Array (
"Name" = Wang Xiao,
"Qty" = 6,
"Memo" = = description
)
Let the Qty add up. Does PHP have a straight function implementation? I use Array_merge this no, will replace the original Qty.
