About developing the least-run component package with Eclipse

Sometimes the eclipse component is used, but many of these things are interrelated, and if you do two development on eclipse, but sometimes you just want a rack package that can run, so it's unnecessary.

Here are the necessary racks that I need to load during the Eclipse feature:

One of the racks I use is org.eclipse.cdt.core_5.8.0.201409172108.jar, and I need to rely on the contents of the above package.
