I did not do web development, but recently Mister said want me to do a CMS (Content management System), intends to use Php+mysql+apache to achieve. I am completely unfamiliar with this aspect, I do not know where to start, how to design a CMS? What issues should be considered? Do you have any good suggestions to say ...
