Yesterday, I saw one sentence in a book: freedom can do what you want, and happiness is what you are doing.
Think about it as if it was like this. If everything you did was something you liked, you would be really happy.
Free people are not necessarily happy, and happy people are not free. ---- Why do I say this?
Happy people do not exist independently. When happy people do things, they will consider for the people around them, for their loved ones or friends, in short, he/she is very fond of the process and results that make others happy. He/she will feel that everything around him is beautiful, and will feel that the status quo is worth satisfying, without too many desires, do not pursue a life that is too exciting.
This is probably the case for me over the years. I can really feel satisfied.
