About Log Learning for Android

When will a log file be generated?

1. Program Abnormal exit uncaused Exception.

2. The program forces Force Closed (FC) to close.

3. The program is unresponsive application no Response (ANR).

When will the ANR be generated?

1. The interface operation (such as button click event) waits for more than 5 seconds.

2. The handlemessage callback function takes more than 10 seconds to execute.

Log file directory in/data/log

The log file consists of three parts:

1. System basic information (memory, CPU, process queue, virtual memory, garbage collection, etc.)

2. Event information (part of the main analysis)

3. Virtual machine information, process, thread tracking information (Dalvik thread)
