2. View Java version in terminal input

/usr/libexec/java_home

My effect is as follows:

lin:~ apple$/usr/libexec/java_home

/library/java/javavirtualmachines/jdk1.8.0_40.jdk/contents/home

3. In sublime Preferences->browse packages find the Java folder and find Javac.sublime-build, open the change:
