About MySQL connection thrown 10038 error problem

Today, when connecting to Windows Server 2003 MySQL with Navicat Premium, 10038 issues were thrown, a problem that occurred in Rhel before, that is, the firewall does not allow the connection to kill the request.

Iptables-i input-p TCP--dport 3306-j ACCEPT

And then save the rule.

Service Iptables Save

Finally reboot the firewall

Service Iptables Restart
