About sendmail configuration in rhel5

1. Because the sendmail server requires DNS support, we should first configure the DNS server.

I have not installed any services on my Linux host. before configuring DNS, We need to install the DNS service. Three packages are required.

Bind-9.3.3-7.el5.i386.rpm, bind-utils-9.3.3-7.el5.i386.rpm, caching-nameserver-9.3.3-7.el5.i386.rpm, all three packages are in the Service of the mounting disk. The installation steps will not be mentioned.

After the installation is complete, some do not have the named. conf file in/etc. You can manually generate one at this time.
