About Team status

I haven't updated my blog for a while. The main reason is that the project is too tight and there is no stop thinking. After finishing this, I feel it is necessary to stop and think about it.

 

Because the company's projects are developed based on platforms, many technologies are not shared with you online. As you know, this process will certainly encounter many problems, no one has come to study this platform with me (I am still exploring it myself). I feel a lot of pressure when the project is constantly working. So I have recruited some new graduates recently. I recruited one employee half a month ago and resigned three days later. He told me that he is not suitable for this environment (state-owned enterprises, A lot of specifications). I am very cheerful and like the open environment. It is too depressing here. I was a little sad at the time. In fact, I really need a comrade-in-arms! But I didn't even have a chance to communicate with him. He gave me this answer. Because our company had to train the company's basic business three days before, and there was no communication on technical development, this is the company's rule. When I spoke with him, I found that many fresh graduates are really overwhelmed. Although this is normal, I still hope that I can take every opportunity I strive for seriously!

 

Last week, I recruited another employee. This time, I learned the last lesson and talked with him almost every day, including technology, life, and company specifications, tell him that it is not as difficult as you think. If you have any questions, you can come to me and discuss them at any time. Haha, you have become a psychological consultant and helped him decompress it. The technology is one hour before getting off work every afternoon. I will help him answer his questions and explain platform technology to him.

 

As I know, they may be cautious and under heavy pressure. I also learned from this step last year.

 

However, I really hope that my team members will be motivated to adjust their psychological status in time. We are looking forward to seeing new colleagues join us!
