HP ProLiant SL210T server, typically with two array cards
A server comes with a Dynamic Smart array b120i RAID Controller, a Smart array P420 Controller for slot card slots
Here we use the Smart array P420 RAID 1 type array configuration for the server's disk, and the configuration process is as follows:
1, the server boot to the following interface, select F11 enter boot menu option (another said, can use F8 into the rail configuration, not tested)
2. In the next interface, when the HP Smart array P420 Controller appears, press F5 to enter the disk array configuration interface
3, to the RAID configuration interface, we only need to select that one RAID control card, we can configure the disk array, here we choose to click Smart Array P420
4, then we click "Configure--Createarray--Select the disk you want to use the RAID card--and the lower right corner of the Create array"
5, as for the RAID configuration interface, we choose RAID 1, the other default, and then click on Create Logical Drive, the final interface click Finish, that is, complete the RAID 1 configuration.
