Start SQL Server 2012 Help Library Manager by clicking Start, All Programs, SQL Server 2012, help and community, and managing help settings, or by starting SQL Server Management Studio, click Help menu, and then select Manage Help settings.
In the Help Library Manager, click Select Online or local Help.
