About the server turning on database remote connectivity

1. Start root permissions in the database first

GRANT USAGE on *. * to ' root ' @ '% ' identified by ' root ' with GRANT OPTION;

It means that the root user of any lot is accessed by root password;

Flush privileges;
then refresh the password;

On behalf of this arbitrary lot IP address can be root access

2. Turn on the server security group

Server security group 3306 port default is not open, if this is not open remote is unable to connect to the database;

3. Add a security group using Xshell

And then it's OK.
