Access Tomcat appears in HTTP Status 500-java.lang.illegalstateexception:no output folder

problem:Tomcat is divided into installation version and decompression version, decompression version if you extract to the installation disk, access to http://localhost:8080 in the browser, there may be a 500 error, the error is as follows:
localhost:8080 Java.lang.IllegalStateException:No output Folder
The reason for thisis that the Tomcat directory does not have permission to read and write, resulting in files not being compiled into the specified working directory.
Workaround:
Locate the Tomcat directory, right-click "Properties---> Security---> Edit", locate users, and apply "Full Control" option "Allow" to tick.
