1. Use SELECT query to create a calculated Field

Create a selection query, add the "Fleet transportation" table, and drag all its fields to the design grid. As shown in figure 1, if you fill in "net weight: Gross Weight-gross weight" in the blank column, the system will automatically add "[]" to "gross weight" and "gross weight" to indicate that they are fields. Save this query as "Fleet transportation query ".
The following table shows the newly created fleet transportation query. The net weight is calculated automatically:
