Starting with OS X10.7.2, icloud is deep into your Mac, and we can also access files stored in icloud in the Finder, even when you have multiple Macs that you can use to sync files. iOS and OS X can also be synced with icloud, believing icloud will open up more features in the future.
When you are OS X Lion 10.7.2 and the later version 10.7, and Mountain Lion, you can access your icloud docs through the Finder by simply configuring your icloud account:
1. In the Finder window, press
+shift+g go to Folder, enter path: ~/library/
2. Find the "Mobile Documents" folder in this newly opened directory, where you can store your icloud documents on your Mac, and you'll find keynote, Preview, TEXTEDIIT, etc. These are icloud synchronization documents that are categorized according to different programs.
We can drag this folder to the Finder toolbar, or make a copy of it elsewhere for easy use later on. Changing the file in that folder will affect what's synced in your icloud account.
