I. Simplification and reorganization of the Asian Commission

This rule was discussed by EC members of the Asian Commission and approved by the Asia EC Standing Committee and endorsed by Asian Presidents.

The EC executive member of the Asian Commission, with the approval of the Asian President, can represent Asian presidents at the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asian Regional tournament.

All Asian regional races are sponsored by ACM-ICPC.

All provincial, provincial, invitational, and metropolitan tournaments are organised by the ACM-ICPC Asia Provincial Committee.

II. part of Asia 2015 rules (Chinese version)

(a) The organizing committee of the Asian regional race stations must ensure the independence and integrity of the ICPC competition. Except in special circumstances in which the President of Asia specifically permits, the ICPC contest shall not accept the participation and instruction of third parties and shall not disclose information about the contest on the Internet.

(b) All Volunteers (volunteers) and individuals are welcome to participate in the ICPC volunteer work. The organizing committee of each race station shall ensure that volunteers are included in the staff list of the organizing committee and accept the management of the organizing committee of each race station.

(c) The organizers of each race station ensure that the final homepage design must be approved by the Asian President, and there shall be no non-ICPC links other than the sponsors.

(d) The organizer of each race station may allow advertising of sponsors, including products, services and recruitment advertisements, etc. However, the organizing Committee undertakes not to accept other requests from sponsors or third parties. The Organizing committee shall not accept any sponsorship by a third party. In the past two years, the model of industry sponsorship, which has changed hands with third parties rather than direct sponsorship, will no longer be accepted.

(e) If there are exceptions to the above, they are subject to the approval of the Asian Presidents.

B. Conditions for the application to host a sub-station for the Asia division.

(a) a provincial, provincial or metropolitan tournament must be hosted prior to hosting the Asian Games and must be registered on the official website of ICPC and published on the ICPC online. This must also increase the official station score for Asian races.

(b) The Asian sub-station should be classified as an important science and technology activity at the school level, and it is recommended that school-level leadership be the Director of the organizing committee to oversee and support the whole process of the event. The head of the school (or vice-President, director) and even the principal (or vice-chancellor) must commit themselves to the autonomy, independence and integrity of the competition.

Iii. the following "sub-rules for sub-divisions of the 2015 East Asian continent"

A. About China's Asian sub-station competition and network preliminary promotion

(1) In view of the impact of limited factors such as the area of the Asian sub-station, the power supply and the number of participating schools in mainland China, the purpose of the online tournament is only to select the rated number of schools.

(a) Each school is ranked by the highest ranking team as its school;

B. Additional provisions on on-site competition for mainland Chinese universities to qualify for Asian sub-station races in mainland China

(1) In addition to a school which satisfies the conditions set out in section III.A (1) (b) above, an additional entry quota will be awarded to schools which meet the following conditions:

(a) schools that have been ranked in the world Finals in the last three years can add a team to each race station;

(b) The host schools of the Asian sub-station heats in the same year may add one more team at each race station;

(c) ICPC registered provincial (live) and inter-provincial (on-site) or metropolitan (live) organizers can add one team to each of the 2 races in the vicinity of the 50 team size;

(d) in provincial (live) or inter-provincial (live) or Metropolitan (live), the first female team (and the total ranking in the top one-third) of the school can directly participate in the same sub-station match live;

(e) ICPC registered provincial, provincial or metropolitan races in the top 10% of the school can be added in the same sub-station match one team.

(f) Schools in remote areas, including Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu, Shaanxi, Tibet, Guizhou, Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi and Inner Mongolia, may participate in the live race of the nearest Asian race station by the online and ICPC registered provincial races;

(g) Asian sub-stations are subject to other conditions recognized by the school, but any team participating in the live race must be a team that is registered at the same sub-station online or ICPC, provincial or metropolitan races.

(2) Schools participating in the Asian sub-station contest will not be able to compete at the race station, but the school shall be compensated for the number of entries at the other races, determined by the respective race station's sponsoring school.

(3) All invited teams participating in the Asian sub-station tournament will not participate in any ICPC rankings and shall not be awarded any prizes (invited teams are not registered in the ICPC registration system).

(4) According to the above provisions, in principle a school in an Asian sub-station tournament can only send 3 teams. The specific quantity is determined by the corresponding race station contractor school.

(5) including Hong Kong, North Korea, Mongolia and other overseas teams may not need to participate in the network heats up, can register the live race directly, unless special circumstances, each race station organizing committee may not refuse these teams to participate in the live race.

C. Provisions on promotion of ec-final places in sub-division of the Eastern Asian continent

(1) East Asia continent Sub-division Ec-final does not count as Asian sub-station race, participates in the East Asia continent Sub-division ec-final not to participate in the Asian sub-station race the play, also does not include in the Asian sub-station race the score calculation.

(2) The top 35 teams in Asian sub-stations in mainland China will be eligible for ec-final, but they are not allowed to change players. (or the team won the bronze medal or above in each division to be eligible, but the total number of each race station is not more than 45 teams). The school hosting the ec-final can decide and increase the quota for each sub-station, but it must be published on the homepage of the race station before the competition.

(3) The same school can only send 3 teams to participate in the sub-division of Eastern Asia continent ec-final, in line with the above conditions but more than three teams can participate in the competition, do not calculate the rank. The school hosting Ec-final can decide for itself.

(4) There are 3 special ec-final recommended places for each of the regional RCD, and the consent of the Ec-final school is required.

(5) The Ec-final school can team up to participate in the Ec-final competition, participate in the rankings, but not in the ec-final to compete with WF qualifying places.

D. Rules and restrictions on the finalists of the World Championship in the Sub-division of the Eastern Asian continent (EC, including mainland China)

The finalists of the World Championship (WF Slots) are divided into three categories (participation Slots), Medal places (medal Bonus Slots) and other bonus places (other Bonus Slots). (b) The spirit of ACM-ICPC is not only to help the outstanding team outstanding, but also to extend to the remote schools and students. (3) preferential cancellation of overseas teams:

(4) Quota allocation rules for the finals of the mainland China:

At the end of the Asian qualifiers, ICPC headquarters will allocate the participation and medal places to the Asian region, and the Asian President will then allocate the corresponding participation and medal places in the EC (including mainland China) to the EC (including mainland China) division. The order and rules of quota allocation are as follows:

(a) The medal-designated schools will receive the corresponding medal places directly, but the medal-winning team must be within 10 of the university rankings at one of the Asian races.

(b) Mainland Chinese universities participating in other Asian sub-stations outside mainland China and winning the championship or runner-up, (excluding mainland China) direct access to the EC sub-division of the Mainland China region participation quota;

(c) The number of participants in the Sub-division of the Eastern Asian continent will be allocated to the respective schools according to the number of WF outlet rankings in the world finals of the Eastern Asian continent Sub-division, after deducting the remaining participation quotas for section III.D (1.a), (1.b) and (4.b).

E. Distribution rules for the remaining finalists in the World Finals

(1) The number of participants in the EC (including mainland China) division, including the Places in section iii.d (1.a), (1.b) and (4.b), after consultation with the EC Standing Committee, assumes that five Asia regionalsites have been given X (e.g 10) participation places, Ec-final get Y (e.g.4) Participation quota.

F. Proposition

G. Team registration

(b) The final contest data must be provided to the ICPC Competition homepage, including the rankings, staff list, propositional person and referee list.

(c) In the case of schools violating the eligibility requirements, the Asian President will be notified of the contravention and the results of the school's performance at all races in mainland China would be cancelled, and a year would be suspended for the next year's mainland races.
