Implementation ideas

1 Expand the forest schema and domain schema for Windows Server 2003 AD. Update Group Policy object permissions to update ad support for an RODC (read-only domain controller)

2 Join the standalone server DC02 to the existing domain and promote to an additional domain controller.

3 Transfer the FSMO role to DC02.

4 demote DC01 to normal member server

5 Raise the AD domain functional level and forest functional level to Windows Server 2008.
