On a new computer, I found that when using the adb devices command, I did not list the mobile phones that I have connected to with USB, even though I have used adb kill-server, adb start-server N times, as shown in.

 

After a period of hard work, it was found that the driver of the computer itself did not support the driver of the Samsung mobile phone. That is to say,Android USB device driverIt is not installed on the computer at all.

After the installation, If adb devices offline appears, you only need adb kill-server and then adb start-server.
